This holiday apartment offers 60 m² of space for 2 - 4 guests. It includes a bedroom with a kingsize bed (180x200 cm), a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, a kitchen, and a living room with a dining table for 6 people and an extendable sofa bed. The apartment can be combined with a Superior Room to create 100 m² of space for 6 guests.
No need to worry about breakfast either! Just order fresh bread, milk, yogurt, and eggs the day before, and the next morning, they’ll be waiting right at your doorstep — ready to be enjoyed. A small extra charge applies, as per our price list.
In our small spa center, you can relax your muscles and treat your body to various wellness treatments every day from 02:30 to 07:00 pm. Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, fantasy showers with aromatherapy, and a relaxation room with a fireplace – everything you need to regenerate after an active day in the Dolomites.

A deposit of 30% is required upon booking. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid directly at the accommodation. Alternatively, you can pay the full amount upfront via credit card or bank transfer. There is no right of withdrawal as per the Consumer Protection Code; however, we offer the following cancellation terms:
Cancellation up to 15 days before arrival
50% of the total agreed price, minus the deposit already paid.
Cancellation from 14 days before arrival
80% of the total agreed price, minus the deposit already paid.
In case of no-show
100% of the total agreed price, minus the deposit already paid.
In case of early departure or late arrival
100% of the agreed daily price for each day not used.
