The Ladin name suggests that it was a former sawmill, which has been – with passion and great craftsmanship – restored and transformed into an exclusive restaurant. Comfortable rooms and traditional furniture, design elements and, of course, a superb menu are main characteristics!
La Sieia is the only restaurant in South Tyrol featuring four wonderful wooden Stuben. Each Stube has been planned and realized according to the guidelines of emotional design and features elegant colours and high quality materials. In each you will recognize four of the five elements of the Chinese art of feng shui: fire, earth, metal and wood.
Cirmolo: Rustic style and dark colours are characteristics of this Stube, which is made of fine cembran pine wood: known for its unmistakable scent and its doubtless benefits. Sole: Wide windows are surrounding the room giving this space its particular cosy and friendly atmosphere. Merlin: Elegant and reserved, this Stube can host up to 8 people. The table, of course, is round – like that of King Arthur. Art: Warm colours and charming atmosphere are characterizing this unique space dedicated to artists: painter and sculptors who's works will be exposed right here, turning this room into a little art gallery.
In addition to that, La Sieia is also a perfect place where to spend some relaxing moments after an exciting day on the slopes. An exclusive restaurant which is also a sophisticated venue for cocktails, happy hours, parties and events but also theme-evenings and fine tastings. A lounge bar with fireplace as well as a privée ensure a wonderful atmosphere. Restaurant Lounge Bar La Sieia is located in the village centre of San Cassiano and can be reached easily by foot. A large part of the used ingredients are home-made and come directly from our farm. Thanks to their particular organoleptic qualities they have also been internationally awarded.
